HUD Charges Philadelphia-area Landlords with Housing Discrimination

HUD has charged the owners of several apartment buildings in suburban Philadelphia with discrimination against families with children for terminating the lease of a woman because she adopted an 11-year-old child. The charge also alleges that the owners made discriminatory statements and discouraged families from applying….
